Job Summary

Aequor Technologies is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Cardiac Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patients with cardiac conditions using telemetry equipment, tracking heart rhythms and vital signs to detect any abnormalities or changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications, intravenous fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring proper dosages and patient safety.
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient status, initiating interventions such as administering medications, providing oxygen therapy, or notifying the physician.
  • Perform regular patient assessments, documenting changes in condition, symptoms, and responses to treatments in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Requirements
  • Current RN state license in good standing.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a telemetry or cardiac care setting.
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
