We specialize in recording and transmitting patient EKGs through various monitoring devices including Holter monitors, event monitors, and mobile cardiac telemetry systems. Our mission is to empower healthcare providers with comprehensive control over cardiac monitoring, setting a new standard in patient care.

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, analyze, and process ECG transmissions/events utilizing the Independent Diagnostic Testing Facility (IDTF) software, providing thorough technical analysis of ECG data.
Core Duties:
  • Review and assess ECG recordings alongside algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness, documenting actions based on notification criteria.
  • Engage in all required training and stay informed on advancements in clinical knowledge, particularly in ECG rhythm interpretation.
  • Generate, review, and distribute notification reports and End of Service reports as necessary.
  • Identify and escalate ECG abnormalities in accordance with physician notification protocols.
  • Achieve performance productivity standards following the completion of initial training.
  • Ensure the quality assurance of work is consistently analyzed and processed.
  • Adhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures.
  • Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is preferred.
  • Certifications: Must possess CRAT/CCT Certification.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable utilizing both telephone and computer for job functions; familiarity with medical terminology related to cardiology.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capacity to excel in a dynamic call center environment.
  • Customer Service:
    • Exhibit strong customer service and interpersonal skills, maintaining a positive attitude and being a collaborative team member.
  • Additional Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; adept at identifying issues, gathering data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.
