We are currently in search of a Monitoring Support Specialist. The perfect candidate will exhibit excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to thrive in a dynamic work setting.


Responsibilities in Emergency and Customer Support

  • Monitoring computer screens for alerts and notifications using various surveillance tools for extended periods without distraction.
  • Identifying, assessing, and addressing incidents triggered by computer alerts.
  • Promptly notifying and relaying information to first responders during high-pressure situations.
  • Compiling detailed incident reports and summaries for management review.
  • Maintaining precise and thorough records of incidents.
  • Ability to interpret and understand mapping locations and effectively communicate directions to first responders.
  • Capacity to retain and convey descriptions of individuals, events, and locations in time-sensitive scenarios.
  • Coordinating with all relevant individuals and/or agencies to ensure rapid incident resolution and efficient operations.

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Fundamental computer skills
  • Ability to operate in a high-stress environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills to swiftly identify issues
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and reporting
  • High level of precision in monitoring and documenting incidents
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, particularly during critical incidents.
  • Robust understanding of critical incidents and emergency response protocols.

  • Military experience
  • Law enforcement background
  • Public safety experience
