Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-house support for End Users
  • Resolve issues with Corporate applications and hardware
  • Manage incident and request queues
  • Partner with vendors to resolve issues and improve employee experience
  • Work with functional support teams to assist customers and drive speedy resolutions
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in Desktop support
  • Understanding of client/server networks, protocols, common Internet services, and Active Directory
  • Confirmed problem-solving abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and customer management experience
  • Ability to work in a team and provide input to solutions
Preferred Skills
  • Good understanding of Computers and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with vendors and escort them around a facility
  • Knowledge of operations/service delivery
  • Strong analytical orientation and creative problem-solving skills
