From arranging tables and assisting kitchen staff to maintaining cleanliness and restocking supplies, the Food and Beverage Support Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing the overall dining experience.
Success in this position hinges on several key factors: fostering a safe work environment, adhering to company protocols, maintaining high-quality standards, and presenting oneself in a professional manner.
Food and Beverage Support Specialists are expected to be active on their feet, navigating various surfaces, managing menus, and engaging in hands-on tasks (lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting).
Executing these responsibilities effectively is essential for Food and Beverage Support Specialists to ensure satisfaction for both our guests and our operations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
No prior experience required; experience in a food and beverage setting is preferred.
Supervisory Experience:
None required.
License or Certification:
None
