  • Oversee the acquisition of various components for Thermo-Lay manufacturing projects, focusing on hydraulic and electrical parts.
  • Manage, organize, and monitor inventory levels effectively.
  • Familiarity with SOS Inventory software is advantageous, though not mandatory.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all transactions are accurately charged to the correct accounts with the appropriate discounts and shipping fees.
  • Identify and sustain reliable sources for equipment components.
  • Prepare informal proposals and assess bids and component purchases. Support the preparation and evaluation of formal proposals.
  • Maintain necessary procurement documentation.
  • Assess requirements and forecast future supply needs.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a parts warehouse or counter setting is preferred but not essential. Please detail any computer-related work experience that necessitated attention to detail and involved managing SKUs, quantities, etc.
