Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate nurse to join our outpatient clinical team. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that meets the unique needs of each individual.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A valid RN license in the State of Texas
  • At least 2 years of experience in ambulatory or oncology nursing
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
