Job Overview

We are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible adult psychiatrist to join our team at Corewell Health Dearborn. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the growth and development of our department.

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $250,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.

About the Role
  • Practice mix of in-person clinic and tele-psychiatry
  • Well-run practice with experienced leadership and support staff
  • Psychotherapist support
  • 60-minute new and 30-minute return visits
  • Collaborative, collegial environment

You will be an employed physician, with knowledgeable practice management professionals assisting in day-to-day operations and taking advantage of the resources and referral base of the larger Corewell Health system.

The department of behavioral health at Corewell Health is growing to meet the needs of our community. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including diagnostic psychiatric assessment, medication follow-up visits, and resident education.

Requirements
  • Board certification/board eligibility in psychiatry
  • MD/DO degree
  • Interest in teaching and supervision of medical students, residents, and fellows
  • Unrestricted license and DEA to practice in Michigan
