**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a qualified Caregiver and Medical Assistant to join our team at the Day Health Center for Seniors in Dearborn, Michigan. As a Caregiver and Medical Assistant, you will provide exceptional care and support to our elderly participants, assisting with daily activities and promoting their overall well-being.

**Responsibilities:** In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct care and support to participants, including assistance with meals, hygiene, and daily activities.
  • Supporting participants and their families towards achieving maximum self-reliance and independence.
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized Care Plans.

**Requirements:** To be successful as a Caregiver and Medical Assistant, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A current CPR card required.
  • A valid Michigan Driver's license.
  • At least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations in a long-term care, hospital, or home care setting.
