Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician II, you will perform basic maintenance tasks in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical areas. You will also assist in ensuring community grounds meet quality standards and handle emergency service calls on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and mechanical areas
  • Assist in maintaining community grounds to meet quality standards
  • Handle emergency service calls on a rotational basis
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in residential or commercial setting
  • Unrestricted Driver's License is required and HVAC Certification is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills; able to communicate clearly and effectively in English
  • Customer service focus; able to resolve conflict/issues without becoming emotional or defensive
  • Strong time management skills; able to organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Must have the ability to use hand and power tools
  • Must be able to work from heights that require ladders or scaffolds when necessary
