Job Description

We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill the role of Customer Solutions Advisor at PFP - The Family Security Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle retention calls efficiently and accurately to resolve policy holder issues.
  • Maintain daily department close ratios to ensure optimal performance.
  • Utilize various systems to provide exceptional service to our members.
  • Offer alternative payment methods when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and maximize referral opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Research and resolve policy holder issues to prevent escalation.
  • Enter data and relevant information into the call center database.
  • Identify opportunities to transfer to licensed sales agents for additional benefits.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a call center environment.
  • 1-3 years of sales experience.
  • Life and Health License preferred, but not required.

  • A hybrid position offering three days in office and two remote from home.
  • A base pay of $20.51/hour, plus incentives, bonuses, profit share, paid holidays, paid time off, and excellent benefits.
  • Annual income potential of $40,000+ along with uncapped commission to earn even more.

  • A comprehensive 6-9 month Sales Development Program to equip you with the skills to progress from lead generation to client interactions, mentorship, and professional credentials.
