Role Overview :

The Advisory Financial Management team has a deep understanding of the fundamental operational frameworks within finance departments across various organizations, from emerging start-ups to large multinational corporations.

Successful candidates typically possess a background in refining transactional and decision-making processes, upgrading supporting technologies, and optimizing organizational structures to ensure each process functions effectively and efficiently.

Essential skills include strong written and verbal communication abilities, alongside expertise in change management.

Qualifications :
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET/SCI federal security clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph; candidates must be prepared to transition to a Full Scope (FS) polygraph after onboarding.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of THREE (3) years of experience in finance-related fields such as budgeting, accounting, or auditing.

Preferred Qualifications :
An ACTIVE and CURRENT TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope (FS) polygraph
Professional certifications such as CPA, CGFM, or CDFM
Demonstrated understanding of federal accounting and auditing standards, including financial statement audits, internal controls, audit liaison roles, financial reporting, and business process reengineering.

Proven expertise in process improvement strategies in areas such as shared services, outsourcing, finance transformation, performance management, financial systems optimization, and talent management.
