Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Two Trees PPC. As a key member of our performance marketing department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of our services.

With a strong background in digital marketing and at least 5 years of experience in a performance marketing environment, you will be able to effectively collaborate with our team members to drive results. Your role as a leader and role model will require you to coordinate with performance marketing professionals, motivate and inspire others, and facilitate collaborative working practices.

The successful candidate will have excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills, as well as strong decision-making and delegation skills. You will also be confident in addressing client issues proactively and have a proven ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and Performance Management: Ensure all projects have clear targets and KPIs; create realistic forecasts and adjust as needed; oversee quality assurance and drive service delivery innovation.
  • Collaboration and Team Support: Align the team with Two Trees PPC's values and competency framework; mentor and coach team members; foster a vibrant team culture and monitor satisfaction through engagement surveys.
  • Governance and Process Improvement: Implement efficient processes to save time wherever possible; lead process improvements and critical agency projects; ensure the highest standards of quality control within the department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing with at least 2 years in an agency environment.
  • Highly proficient in digital platforms including HubSpot, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Conversions API, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing channels and strategy.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and interpreting insights from platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Experience with tracking and tagging tools, including Google Tag Manager and Meta Conversions API.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other digital marketing channels.

Salary Estimate

The salary range for this position is $70k - 90k per year, depending on experience.
