Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with their storage requirements.
  • Support both reservation and walk-in customers in securing storage units, without the need for cold calling.
  • Promote and sell merchandise, including moving and packing supplies.
  • Maintain the property’s appearance, ensuring it is safe and inviting for customers.
  • Oversee, verify, and balance the cash drawer while preparing deposits.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, or casual dining.
  • Exhibits excellent customer service abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to work outdoors, clean units, and maintain the grounds.
  • Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation, including vehicle insurance (mileage reimbursement provided).
  • Demonstrates basic computer skills and has the physical capability to perform job duties (including traversing the property, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights).
