Bookkeeping and Office Support Professional

K2 Staffing has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeping and Office Support Professional to join our team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the bookkeeper in managing the company's financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process payments to subcontractors and vendors, and review QuickBooks entries for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records of subcontractor insurance policies and track expiration dates.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and greeting visitors.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Range:
The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards in San Diego, CA.
