Job Title: Business Intelligence Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Architect to enhance our analytical capabilities within the Sales Operations domain. This role is pivotal in driving large-scale data initiatives, offering strategic insights to propel our North American sales leadership and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead large-scale data projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with our sales operation's strategies.
  • Analyze and interpret data to generate insights, utilizing advanced technical skills in SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
  • Design and implement scalable, sustainable data architectures for complex analytics initiatives, blending data from diverse sources to support key business strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate data and analytics requirements into effective BI solutions, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or similar roles.
  • BS/MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with focus in Data and Analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve complex issues.
  • Technical experience with ETL/data blending tools and processes, database/data architecture, and data visualization.
