Key Responsibilities- Client Service Delivery: Assist the manager in delivering and coordinating client services, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care and support.
- Team Leadership: Help lead field staff in providing quality home care, developing and implementing strategies to improve client outcomes and staff performance.
- Communication and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring open and transparent communication.
- Fiscal Management: Monitor and manage metrics such as gross margin, overtime, unfilled hours, and other key performance indicators to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Education: Four-year college degree preferred, but not required. Prior experience in healthcare, home care, and recruiting is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Goal Achievement: Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Technical Skills: Strong PC and communication skills, including solid phone marketing and data entry ability.
