Job Title: Full-Time Store Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash.
  • Support the sales and merchandising efforts of our store by processing customer purchases, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual displays.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
