The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of nursing professionals, providing leadership and direction to ensure excellent patient care. Your Qualifications:- An Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
- At least 1 year of applicable experience is necessary; 3 years or more is preferred.
- You must be licensed to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas.
