Lead Oncology Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced Lead Oncology Nurse Manager to join our team at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak.
About the RoleThis is a leadership position responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care in our medical surgical oncology unit. The successful candidate will have experience in nursing management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Create a superior clinical identity by operationalizing evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes.
- Support the achievement of internal/external benchmarks, accreditations, and designations.
- Provide leadership in attaining and sustaining an unparalleled patient experience.
- Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
- 1+ years applicable experience Required
- 3+ years applicable experience Preferred
- Current license to practice professional registered nursing in the state of Texas
