Responsibilities:

  • Organize office procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Distribute communications in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Create and update records to maintain the highest level of precision and detail.
  • Schedule and plan patient appointments with efficiency and consideration for patient needs.
  • Maintain an adequate supply inventory and handle shortages promptly.
  • Address office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Nurture trusting relationships with patients and colleagues through effective communication and empathy.
  • Perform receptionist duties with poise and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a front office assistant or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Health Records (EMRs) is highly valued.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, including software and hardware.
  • A thorough understanding of office management procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, with a focus on organization and efficiency.

About This Opportunity
