Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Nurse Coordinator to join our team at Medical City Arlington, Texas.

About the Job:

  • The Critical Care Nurse Coordinator will ensure and deliver high-quality patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
  • In collaboration with other members of the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures.

Your Role:

As a Critical Care Nurse Coordinator, you will assist with admission and discharge processes, participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork, support a patient-first philosophy, and engage in service recovery when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 60 months of employment start date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred

Estimated Salary: $73,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience.
