Job Summary:

Erickson Senior Living is seeking a skilled and courteous Server to join our team. As a Server at Erickson Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve residents in a professional and courteous manner, taking food and beverage orders accurately and delivering meals promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure dining areas are clean and presentable, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down tables, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of food and beverage items.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
