  • Cisco Unity: Configure, set up, and report on extension, user, and voicemail systems, including physical phone setup and associate training.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain technical and end-user documentation, including new procedures and existing documentation.
  • Other: Set up and manage websites, IP configurations, and domain management (excluding content or structure development).
Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft products, including Access DB development.
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V and managing application-specific servers.
  • Experience with DMZ architecture and firewalls.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware or software problems.
