Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC) is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Security Access Officers. This role involves working the 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. shift, including weekends, with the schedule subject to operational requirements.

Training: New hires will undergo training across various shifts, including a midnight shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Employees will rotate through different shifts, and all schedules may change based on operational needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or a General Educational Development (GED) certificate. While 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.

  • Ability to identify potential issues and respond appropriately.
  • Strong focus and concentration on tasks over extended periods.
  • Capability to observe details both at close range and from a distance.
  • Effective listening skills to comprehend spoken information.
