Job Overview

As a Cashier and Play Facilitator, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring that every guest feels valued and informed. Your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities, including cash register operations, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility, and assisting with customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet customers with a friendly demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our services and playground rules.
  • Assist in organizing and executing birthday party events.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Prepare food items, including pizzas, as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including restrooms, party rooms, and play zones.
  • Stock supplies and manage inventory at the front desk and concession areas.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, including obtaining a food handler's permit.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with children and their parents.

  • Dependable with a solid work ethic.

Work Schedule

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options available, including weekday and weekend shifts.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $8.00 to $10.00, commensurate with experience.
