About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Critical Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Medical ICU department. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver world-class healthcare and make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • A valid Washington State Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • At least one year of experience as a Critical Care Nurse.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $48.67-$88.73 per hour, depending on experience. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
