We are seeking a skilled Clinic RN to join our team. As a Clinic RN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions between care settings. You will also have the opportunity to participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures, and engage in professional growth and development activities.
About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $41.54 - $65.57 per hour, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced primary care setting, collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve optimal health outcomes. Key responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their loved ones.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-based environment. A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, along with a passion for lifelong learning and professional growth, is essential for this position.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants for this position must possess a nursing degree from an accredited institution and hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington. Previous experience in a patient care setting, particularly in a primary care or ambulatory care environment, is highly desirable. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records and computer systems, are also essential for success in this role.
