Salary and Benefits

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this rewarding role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Master's degree program in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice
- Active license in your state, or ability to obtain one by start date
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification through a national board (e.g., American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or American Nurses Credentialing Center)
- DEA licensure/prescriptive authority, or ability to obtain post-hire, per state regulations (unless prohibited in your state of practice)
- Ability to gain a collaborative practice agreement, if applicable in your state
- Physical requirements include lifting 30 pounds, navigating stairs, and sitting, standing, and kneeling during physical assessments
- Reliable transportation access

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a long-term care setting; understanding of geriatrics, chronic illness, advanced illness discussions, and computer skills
