Home Health Care Registered Nurse Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional medical care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes. As a Home Health Care Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through home health visits, following a designated care plan and collaborating with the healthcare team.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed.
  • Monitor patients' conditions, reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in Rhode Island.
  • One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN.
