About the Role

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN Home Health RN. As a national leader in home-based care, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative work environment.

As a PRN Home Health RN, you will administer skilled care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching clients, family members, and other healthcare team members as needed. You will work under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director, ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and flexible RN to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and their families.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the PRN Home Health RN include:

  • Administering skilled care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services
  • Teaching clients, family members, and other healthcare team members as needed
  • Working under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director
  • Ensuring that all services are performed in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Hold a current and unencumbered Registered Nursing License in the state where you intend to work
  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively
  • Be able to assume a flexible work schedule
