About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Branch Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our home health care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage a team of field staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement effective plans of care to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where the position is based.
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience within the last 36 months.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines.
