Job Summary:We are looking for a talented engineer to create 3D CAD layouts and suspension component designs, perform engineering analysis for new product development, and communicate with suppliers and customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, 3D CAD experience, and proficiency in MS applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Create 3D CAD layouts and suspension component designs
- Perform engineering analysis for new product development
- Communicate with suppliers and customers
- Root-cause analysis of past design issues to improve design
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals
- 3D CAD experience (Catia, Solidworks, or Pro-E preferred)
- Proficient in MS applications, including Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in Japanese/American engineering culture
- Understanding of suspension design/function
- Motorcycle or automotive development experience (including FSAE, mini-baja, etc.)
- Interest in motorcycle or automotive hobbies
- Hands on mechanical aptitude
