Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with project teams to deliver high-quality drinking water engineering services to municipal clients across the firm's geographies and core markets.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, technical managers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Lead design efforts and coordinate with discipline teams to deliver comprehensive water and wastewater solutions.
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure projects meet specifications and drawings, and that code and permit requirements are met.
- Participate in proposal development and new opportunity pursuits, and contribute to the growth and development of the firm.
- 4-8 years of experience in environmental engineering, with a focus on water and wastewater infrastructure.
- B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental or Chemical Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) or ability to obtain a Maine P.E. license within one year of employment.
Woodard & Curran offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and location. The firm also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, paid time off, and a range of health and wellness programs.
