Inventory Administrator

We are seeking an Inventory Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming items, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely shipping and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming items into the inventory system, including logging serial numbers and PO numbers and updating inventory records.
- Pack and ship items to fulfill client orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Print shipping labels and track receipt of payments.
- Generate and send invoices to clients on a regular basis.
- Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality essential.
About the Role
