Job Overview

We are seeking an Inventory Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming items, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely shipping and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming items into the inventory system, including logging serial numbers and PO numbers and updating inventory records.
  • Pack and ship items to fulfill client orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Print shipping labels and track receipt of payments.
  • Generate and send invoices to clients on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality essential.

About the Role
