Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the Harry Potter Flagship store in New York. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all visitors.
  • Assist customers with merchandise purchases, suggesting items of interest and retrieving products from inventory as needed.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and register management.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the store's success.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and cash handling.
  • Knowledge of the Harry Potter series and a passion for the Wizarding World.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and basic numerical skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
