Position Overview- Specialty: Respiratory Therapy

- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Role Summary
The primary function of the Respiratory Therapist is to assess, treat, and manage patients with respiratory or cardiopulmonary conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Administer respiratory care in accordance with physician directives and established protocols.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of patient care strategies.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations as well as professional standards.
- Foster positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members through effective communication.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and objectives.
- Maintain accurate and legible patient documentation.
- Current Respiratory Therapist credentials from the NBRC and valid CPR certification.
- Preferred experience of at least 18 months in respiratory care, particularly in critical care environments.
- Weekly compensation with direct deposit options.
