Job Description
At Domy Neri - State Farm Agent, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This role involves providing exceptional service interactions that reinforce our commitment to our clients and the community.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate a solution-minded and consultative approach when servicing clients and interacting with industry partners.

We offer dedicated training and coaching to foster a proficient knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry.

Responsibilities include:
  • Use exemplary communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of clients and partners.
  • Establish relationships and engagement with industry partners, clients, and prospects.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate services and solutions.
  • Effectively and efficiently address internal and external inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
  • Work with the agency and partners to meet retention and growth goals.

Qualifications include:
  • Must be able to pass and maintain relevant New York State insurance licenses.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in problem-solving and anticipating others' needs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail when servicing accounts.
  • Successful track record of meeting quotas and deadlines.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Prior work experience in an office setting or client-facing role preferred.
