Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial Lines Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing an existing book of business, advising clients on coverages, and completing endorsements, cancelations, and policy issuance. You will work closely with our agency sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Existing Book of Business: Grow and retain an assigned existing book of business by conducting consultative conversations with clients and prospects.
  • Develop and Sell Commercial Insurance: Develop, quote, and sell commercial insurance to new and existing clients.
  • Provide Superior Customer Service: Work within designated timelines to provide exceptional customer service, retain clients, and generate referrals and new business opportunities.
  • Process Endorsements and Documents: Process endorsements and create insurance documents as needed.
  • Establish and Maintain Relationships: Establish and maintain professional relationships with carriers and clients.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Property & Casualty License
  • 2+ Years of Sales Experience, preferably in insurance sales.
  • 2+ Years of Commercial Insurance Experience, with basic knowledge of general liability, workers' compensation, auto, and property.
  • Proven Track Record of generating new business sales, retaining existing business, and cross-selling other lines of business.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to Work Independently and on a Team.
  • Precise Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment.
  • Ability to Deliver a Tailored, White-Glove Experience to all clients.
Preferred Attributes
  • Bachelor's Degree or 1+ Year(s) of Relevant Sales Experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish is Welcome but Not Required.
