About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team at Candor Expedite. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their transportation needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation.
  • Develop and present capacity solutions to clients to support their go-to-market strategy.
  • Utilize client analytics and internal resources to make informed selling decisions.
  • Supply bids and quotes to potential clients and negotiate transportation rates.
  • Maintain and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) on sales pipeline, revenue, and margin goals.
  • Collaborate with client services representatives to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and seasonality to provide informed solutions to clients.
