Aircraft Engine Technician Job Description

Duncan Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Engine Technician to join our Rapid Response Team. As a key member of our team, you will travel to customer locations to perform on-wing inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on various corporate jets across the United States and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and test aircraft engines and APUs using proper tooling and test equipment.
  • Oversee and complete accurate and timely engine and project documentation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with area customers, communicate with sales and marketing personnel, and monitor the Company's customer database to seek and solicit engine service opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of assigned engine projects to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the projects.
  • Assist with managing and maintaining adequate and appropriate parts inventory certification, calibration of assigned tooling, working condition and cleanliness of support vehicles.
Requirements:
  • Airframe & Powerplant Certificate required.
  • Four years related engine/airframe maintenance experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • RII Designation eligible.
