Aircraft Mechanic Job Description

FEAM is seeking an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing line maintenance work on various customers' aircraft, ensuring they are safe and airworthy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and airworthiness releases on aircraft.
  • Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components.
  • Troubleshoot systems and repair or replace sections and components as needed.
  • Collaborate with the air carrier's maintenance control center to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
Requirements:
  • Current valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant License.
  • Aircraft technician with A320 and 40 hours Gen Fam experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, and utilize hand and finger dexterity.
  • Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Customer-facing skills and ability to work with flight crew and interact in a professional manner.
