Job Title: Banquet Bartender

At Marriott International Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that every experience is nothing short of extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the storage and handling of liquor, beer, and wine.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, including replenishing supplies and ensuring that the bar area is well-stocked.
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques.
