Job Title: Banquets Bartender

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquets Bartender to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a Banquets Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving drinks, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks according to the hotel's recipes and standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including the bar, tables, and storage areas.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs to the management team.
  • Process all payment methods and ensure accurate cash handling.
  • Count bank at the end of the shift and complete designated cashier reports.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Complete closing duties and follow all company and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
