Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AWD Business Process Management solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality results.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying that knowledge to improve AWD Business Process Management solutions and processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in AWD Business Process Management, with a strong background in software development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in AWD Business Process Management tools and technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech, or equivalent technical degree from a reputable college.
  • Experience with AWD upgrade related projects and Life Insurance Domain.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and ability to apply them to improve AWD Business Process Management solutions and processes.
