Responsibilities:
- Developing business relationships with C-Level Executives and identifying their business objectives.
- Presenting Paylocity products and services that meets client's needs, conducting product demonstrations via the web, preparing and presenting proposals, and providing appropriate follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Handling objections and closing ancillary business to meet or exceed assigned monthly sales quotas while maintaining or exceeding minimum sales activity standards.
- Completing and obtaining appropriate documentation required by internal departments for implementation.
- Maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) database.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of B2B full sales cycle experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and establish priorities.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
