Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to our clients in the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with ServiceNow Product Owners and Process Owners to develop and implement demand management, prioritization, enhancements, and operational support for listed services.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB architecture, and its integrations with other sources, as well as ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
  • Data Quality and Governance: Support the development and improvement of data quality dashboards and ServiceNow CMDB health check reports, and provide training and guidance to Technical Analysts and local configuration managers on data accuracy and quality.
  • Communication and Escalation: Report high-level CMDB health metrics to management and escalate issues to clients when necessary.
  • Guidance and Support: Provide consulting and guidance to Technical Analysts and local configuration managers on ServiceNow best practices and data quality.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in ServiceNow, excellent technical skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and provide guidance and support to junior team members.
