As an Account Executive Leader, you will be responsible for leading talent development and driving growth across the Account Executive team. You will work closely with the Resident Managing Director to deliver retention and rollover goals for the office, as well as new business from the Account Executive Local Practice.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of appropriate insurance experience, coupled with managerial ability. They will also possess strong project and account team management experience, along with strong negotiation skills.

- Ensures that every Account Executive has a plan to grow their book of business.
