Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting outside sales associates, and working closely with showroom sales consultants to ensure customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers on the showroom floor, providing product information and answering questions
  • Strive to increase knowledge of our entire product offering, staying up-to-date on new products and services
  • Support outside sales associates in their efforts to meet customer needs
  • Work closely with showroom sales consultants to ensure customer contracts are updated and deliveries are coordinated
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing timely quotations and updates

Requirements

  • A college degree or working towards a degree is preferred, but comparable industry knowledge and experience will also be considered
  • 0-3 years of prior customer service experience is preferred
  • Results-oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Cheerful personality, with strong phone and in-person sales skills
  • Ambition to succeed, with a passion for customer service and sales
  • General digital literacy and ability to learn quickly
  • Self-motivated, with a service-minded attitude and a congenial personality
