  • Serve as a bridge among healthcare providers, medical facilities, rehabilitation centers, patients, nursing staff, community resources, and the parent organization to ensure seamless care and interaction.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least three years of sales experience, ideally within healthcare, home care, or a related sector.
  • Outstanding customer service and sales capabilities.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Proficient in computer usage and capable of documenting sales activities accurately and promptly.
  • Ability to leverage market intelligence, analytics, and data to make informed decisions throughout the sales process.
  • Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals, management, and colleagues through various communication methods.
  • A proactive mindset, ambition, and a results-driven work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance; willingness to travel extensively in the field.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for establishing and nurturing referral connections, attracting new clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and collaborating with office personnel to deliver high-quality service.
  • Develop and sustain fruitful, ongoing relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and other relevant professionals in hospitals, home health agencies, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, and private practice physicians, focusing on direct interactions.
  • Conduct effective sales meetings that identify and address the needs of referral partners, including thorough pre- and post-call planning, rapport building, adept questioning, proposing solutions, overcoming objections, driving referrals, and converting them into admissions.
  • Identify and address barriers to admission, responding appropriately and following up on admission variables.
  • Assist in coordinating the referral-to-admission process.
  • Deliver in-service training and professional presentations for referral sources, community groups, and others regarding our services, programs, and outcomes.
  • Utilize market analysis data to pinpoint potential new business opportunities.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly objectives aimed at increasing market share through the development of both existing and prospective referral sources.
  • Meet monthly personal production targets.
  • Participate in meetings, interdisciplinary team discussions, and regular marketing sessions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
